My coaching ethos

One of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves and those we seek to lead is time and space to make sense of the world around us, so that we can find our way through it meaningfully and with purpose.

Coaching has the capacity to help us tap into our inner strengths and ability, to develop and maintain meaningful and effective relationships, to approach new challenges with greater clarity and purpose, and to lead with confidence and authenticity.

Coaching is about a personal journey of change and development, supported by a challenging and trusted confidante. Personal chemistry is key - you need to choose the right coach for you; someone you connect with and who you can trust.

My approach to coaching

My coaching approach is non-directive and non-judgemental. I work with and respond to the needs and goals of each client, drawing from a broad range of coaching models and theory, including narrative theory, transactional analysis and appreciative inquiry.

Throughout our coaching relationship, the agenda is set by you, based on your career and business needs and goals.

My role is to respond to your agenda, not to impose an agenda on you.

I am a member of EMCC and abide by the Global Code of Ethics.

Being asked to support you to achieve your professional and personal goals through a Coaching intervention is a privilege and a responsibility I take seriously.

My coaching offer

My core offer is one-to-one coaching delivered virtually via platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

My offer can be tailored to your needs, but as a guide, a typical core programme consists of:

  • a free chemistry session of up to 45min - getting to know each other and assessing whether we’re a good fit for working together

  • six formal sessions of 1 - 1.5 hours duration approximately 2-4 weeks apart.
